Today I've visited Make Self Storage Horsham, made a reservation for a 50sqft unit, paid my reservation fee and agreed signing the contract tomorrow with my ID documents. But the lady called me in 1 hour and said "My Director told me I am not allowed to rent that unit to you, my apologies but we can offer you a space in our bulk area with 10% discount".
I am working from home, today with limited time, after checking availability on their web page, I went their office. Their web page still shows they have availablity, I just tried and they confirmed and invited for contract tomorrow (yes, web page confirmed quote immediately after the lady called me).
So, why did you waste my time? Your staff reserved the unit over your system, if you cannot track your units on your system how can people trust and leave their staff with you?
I am not happy with the quality of the service, how can people trust a company who cannot track availability of their own units?
