Had to contact Mandy.com urgently. Tried to send messages to emails@mandy.com at least 5 times in the past 2 weeks but no response. Tried phoning the no provided on 020 7288 7404 but was advised to send email to the email address I stated earlier! Unable to login or reset password and asked for help to issue reset password, but only pop up error message “….. expired” At the end of it all, all they want is your subscription and no communication at all. Can’t complain as there was no one responsible to lodge the complaint. Other than receiving the automatic emails from a “no reply” address, I wouldn’t waste my breath with them.
