I placed an online order at Mango Outlet on 03/May and I realize that my address was wrong. On 07/May I have contacted the customer service to request the correction and they said that they could do anything because the order was shipped. I can not understand why they can not contact the transport service knewing that the order couldn't be delivered. Of course that the order was not delivered and they said that they couldn't contact the transport service. We are on 15/June and I didn't receive the order or my money back (115 euros). I tried several times (first one on 07/May) to contact the customer service without sucess. The worse customer service experience I had.
