Customer service is beyond poor. Email only and the reps do not answer questions correctly. was shipped the incorrect size in one order. I still had to pay 17.50 for return shipping even though it was their error. Return shipping literally takes over 1 month in the US, so do not bother exchanging any items. the clothing quality is good but it is not worth the headache of the shipping and customer service issues.
