Bought the matte black Cuban chain necklace. It arrived chipped and damaged and is extremely cheap material. I tried to return the item but the USPS said the QR code was invalid and they only offer returns within a short period of time after you get the item and the time it takes to ship back to the UK, and they expect YOU to pay the shipping cost. Stay away!!
