I ordered two items and they sent them in two different parcels. One of the has arrived but there comes the two with the other one.
I have been writen them after 13 days that there seems to be something wrong with my order as I saw at that time that it is stucked somewhere since 10 days already. They told me they started an investigation blablabla process and it should last 3 working days. After those 3 days I have been sending them another several emails and they always said the same thing to me: “We started an investigations please wait”. I told them after one month of doing nothing from their side that I don’t want to wait for nothing and that I want to receive my money back. They sent my money back on a gift card because that is the way I paid the inittial order. I ordered those products with 50-70% discount, now I have a part of my money on the gift card and I have to buy another products on a full price, or maybe even put a difference.
Who is paying for my time, for the 20 emails I spend time to send and to respond? Who is paying for their mistake? For my one month of waiting?
