I've had two awful experiences that highlight the dishonesty and inflexibility of this store. First, I bought several items, including a top in size M that had an incorporated bra, which, although labeled as M, seemed like an XS. I tried to return it after trying it on, but they told me the return period had expired, and it hadn't even been a month! I decided to give them another chance and ordered more items. One of them, a bodysuit in size M, was extremely tight, more like an XS. I sent it back, and they responded saying it was used, with a photo that showed nothing. This is completely false because I couldn't even fit into it. They kept the item and my money. I absolutely do not recommend this store. They are dishonest and don't care about their customers. Avoid shopping here if you value your money and peace of mind.
