The recent reviews must be fake because it’s disheartening to say, this is a horrible company to shop with. The items are nice but if you get the wrong size, you will never get your money back even if you return the items, you will have to go through your bank. The customer service reps are condescending and lazy. No one seems to want to help. I will NEVER spend my money there and it pains me to write this considering this is a black business. But business is business. I’ve given them plenty of chances and they owed me more than $400.
