Dreadful. I ordered an item through their website which was in English language. I got an email confirmation and then nothing. I emailed them and got no response. I contacted them through their webform and got no response. I requested they cancel the order under the Distance Selling Regulations and got no response. Eventually the item was delivered (not great quality). They did not comply with the distance selling regulations. I wonder how they would respond (if at all) to a warranty claim. Overall a very disappointing experience and I can't recommend them.
