Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent and took us through all our options. I noted on the occasions I was in the store it was consistent with other customers. Their fitter and sweep, SCK were excellent too. Meticulous in the finer details of fitting our multi fuel stove with minimum dust.. Everything was done on schedule. We are really pleased with our stove and feel we have made the right purchase for us through their guidance. Highly recommend them.
