WORK OF POOR STANDARD & NOT OK'D BY BUILDING CONTROL. Would not recommend this company at all. Contracted to build a 2 storey side extension. Work commenced end March 2021 & due to finish end July 2021, at end of November 2021 we asked them to leave site as work still not complete. Lots of issues regarding staff behaviour, quality of work, care and skill and non compliance with building regulations. Some 11 months on rooms are still not habitable as work is now required to bring to up to standard. Independent surveyor identified many issues including that work has not followed approved plans, defects and has not been classed as satisfactory by building regulation standards. Please think twice before appointing.
