My watch is more than satisfactory, however the customer service experience didn’t quite match it. The email confirming the receipt of the order for a driver chronograph MKII Blue Reverse Panda was received promptly and advised that a further email would be sent when the watch was going to be dispatched. I did receive a further email telling me the watch was on its way. Fine, except I had been wearing it for half the day by the time that email was received. As I was home that day it didn’t cause a problem but it is generally good to know when items like this are going to be delivered as I needed to sign for it. Come on Marchand, excellent watches need and deserve excellent communications – maybe next time OK?
