I went online at 5pm to pre order my dinner for my family to have it delivered at 7:05pm. My order didn’t arrive until 7:43pm. I ordered the steak pizza bowl and opened the box and the bottom left portion had been eaten. After being on hold for over 15 mins I got a hold of Manager at the Rinehart Rd location and spoke with Cody S and he stated the best he could do is give me a refund. He never apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. I had to press to even get him to delivery a new one as I told him I really want my dinner not a refund. He said I will try to get it delivered but could be an hour or even more he wasn’t very confident. He really didn’t care and for that reason I will not order from here again. Not a manager I would want dealing with my customers. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Still waiting for my delivery.
