Our less than 1 year old Lodge, which cost us over £2590 for one weeks Holiday was filthy,- with dirty floors, carpets, shower screens, outside furniture, oven and cooking equipment, (including old chips and fat in the base of the cooker!) & waste Bin dirty. Broken item like, - Dressing table stool, toilet seat, cover for Hot Tub, sink wastes and both bathroom sink units. cooking equipment, Toilet door sticking closed and Ensuite towel rail/heater rusty and plastic fittings missing. Other missing items like, - 8 x placemats, No DVD player, single items of glassware, cutlery, kitchen tools etc. And no allocated parking as advertised! All of these items were reported on 4 occasions during our stay and only when we mentioned "Serious Health and Safety Issues" with particularly the broken cover for the Hot Tub which was very dangerous for our 3 year old, did they send anyone to repair or replace or clean anything! But this was only on the day before we left and so we didn't use the Hot Tub or the DVD player etc. This organisation has been emailed twice, notified by letter and phoned by my wife and I on two occasions AND they have not had the decency to reply to anything! We have been very civil in our approach to them but it is time for us to consider other actions.
