I went to M&S for a bra and was invited to try on what I'd chosen from the shelf. The saleslady then offered to measure me and provided a number of similar garments to try on in order to ensure I got the correct size. This was really helpful as I learned a lot from her that day. I was so pleased with the bra I eventually bought, I ordered two more a week later. This was a good shopping experience..
