This is my 2nd time using Mark's Electrical. I returned to their website because they have a good range of products at competitive prices. However the standout for me is the delivery service: it is quick, efficient and reliable and the communication is outstanding. In addition when Simon Wright and his 'team' arrived with my delivery, both delivery men were polite, organised and very careful with both my appliance and my property. I have had occasions with Curry's where my product has been damaged during transit and I feel that the approach at Mark's is to take good care of your item so there is less worry involved. Getting an American fridge freezer into a normal sized property is always going to have its problems but Simon and his partner definitely knew what they were doing.
