Had a quick visit to the showroom after looking at the web and chatting on the live chat thingy.

web easy to navigate,
chat was nice and informal and good info given.
Showroom.... just 1 guy on and it was very busy but he still found time to help with my questions.
Order made via click and collect and another straightforward easy interaction with the store man helping to load.
