Washing machine went pop at 2pm Tues. Took me about an hour to find the new one I wanted. I compared a lot of suppliers: Marks website very easy to navigate and helpful, and they offered a very competitive price (+ Black Friday savings). So glad I ordered with Marks. By 7.30pm I had my 2 hour delivery slot for the next day plus clear instructions as to what would happen (re collection of old washing machine etc). In the morning I received notification that delivery would take place at 12.17 (!) and sure enough at 12.17 a very personable and polite young man was on my doorstep with my new machine! It couldn’t have been a more efficient or straightforward process - and no extra charge for next day delivery. Incredible! I will definitely be using Marks again for future requirements plus recommending them to all. (We are 2-2.5 hours from Leicester too). Phenomenal service. Thank you Marks!
