Bought a hob from them. Hob didn't work on receipt of item. They won't replace, fix or offer a refund because the hob was delivered to a commercial address. They have admitted they have the phone recording to the sales team where we explained where the hob was going and what it was being used for but they have explained that this is irrelevant. The onus is on us to read the full terms and conditions on their website - https://markselectrical.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.html - and not take the word or advise from their team. These terms were not sent to us or included in the warranty information received after the sale.
You would imagine that a company like this would fix or replace a hob that they sold and delivered that doesn't work regardless where it had gone. But given they knew where it was going you would absolutely expect this to be the case. Apparently not. Terrible moral compass and probably the worst example of customer care I've ever witnessed.
