I was very pleased with the work Mark did for me last time, so when I had a last minute panic about getting my new cooker installed before Christmas I phoned without really expecting him to fit me in so quickly. He asked me clear questions over the phone to get a sense of what was needed, and offered to squeeze the job in at the end of the day, on the day that the cooker arrived. And he was true to his word.
