From the recorded message when I phoned, which also told me where I was in the queue, to the sales staff and delivery man, everyone was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient, and inspired confidence. As promised, I was notified when the cooker I wanted was back in stock, and the delivery was speedy and right on time. The fact that the price was nearly half that of John Lewis was admittedly a very welcome bonus! I shall have no hesitation in recommending Marks Electrical to my friends, and they are likely to be my first port of call next time I need a kitchen appliance.
