The service was excellent. Tim Welford who installed the washing machine knew his job and took care in preventing any damage to the laminate flooring. I was a bit apprehensive about this. There was a bit of a problem with the drainage of water. This was attended to by Steve who found the cause within a couple of minutes. The Pluming of the kitchen sink had been replaced with a different type of fitting when the new Kitchen was installed about five years ago. After Steve fixed the problem within ten minutes, he left.
