The engineer who visited my property today turned off my built in main oven by mistake but when I messaged him to come back and turn it on he told me to do it myself !
Trying to get to speak to anyone at Marks Electrical is impossible. They say they will call you back but don’t and when you do get through for assistance they cut you off. I was told the manager Gillian Fisher would call me back (I was not allowed to hold on for her) No call back so had to call again (this all takes hours of being kept on hold) and still I wait ……
Marks Electrical you should be very ashamed of yourselves and the way you treat your customers.
