Just had delivery of a Neff Cooker hood, the second appliance ordered from Marks Electrical within a month, the previous one a Smeg dishwasher. I would not have placed a second order if the service hadn't been excellent. The cooker hood was out of stock when I ordered but after a few days I received a text to say it was in stock and contact them to pick a delivery day. I could have had the next day but chose the following one. A two hour slot was given the night before, and the driver telephone 20mins. before arriving. Once again beat that for service!! Peter
