Purchased a packet of 10 gents handkerchiefs and on opening package only found 9. Cost £9.50
Bar code no 07252235 made in China. Tried contacting M&S Fosse Park on their tel. no. Several times. Phone answering system was computerised so no human contact was available. The advice message advice was to return them to store for service. This I felt was not acceptable and just put he responsibility on me for sorting out the error.
