I have been ordering wool for our local knit and natter group for many years now. We knit for our local hospice, local maternity hospitals and refugees. I have always found the wool good value for money and the service excellent. The first order was mislaid by the courier, immediately Marriner sent a replacement by next day delivery this took over a week to deliver. The parcel was clearly marked next day delivery. This is the fault of the courier not Marriner.
