I was a little disappointed with the delivery time as I had to phone up a week after the email notifying me my order had been dispatched as it had still not arrived. I was told the order had been delayed as part of the order had not been received until the day I phoned but it would be dispatched that day. I was very pleased to get my order the following morning. More accurate information needs to be given about dispatch times. The quality of the yarn appears to be good but I haven't started using it yet.
