I ordered some chunky wool a week ago, only a small amount, but later that day realised that I needed another ball, so rang to have the ball added to my order. The wool arrived altogether in one package, but I was still charged 2 amounts for postage and packing, not very happy with this. I also wrote to customer services asking for a catalogue to be inserted into my order, I did not receive the catalogue, and when I received a response I was told the catalogue would be in the package, which it wasn't. I was really impressed with the people I met at the Knitting and Stitching show and really want to use them, I have not got off to a good start, but won't give up
