I did misread one of your promotions, so when I made my first order I was expecting free p&p instead I paid the full price. After sending Marriner an e.mail it would seem the free p&p was only for wool orders over £25 and not just any type of orders, (I had an order of wool and patterns). In my opinion, it would have been better to have been more explicit as to what was on offer and, maybe have a specific box to fill in on order form for first time customers with an offer.
