We met Reece at Nissan motor park he made us feel very comfortable and we liked that he listened to what we wanted he thoroughly explained everything from start to finish telling us what we would get and when we used VW before and we wasn’t made to feel important or comfortable as we did with Reece once we left he kept us informed for the next couple of months and when we went to collect our car he spent quite a bit of time explaining how everything worked in the car and the best way to use it we listened because he explained it without any technical jargon that we wouldn’t of understood he is a credit to Nissan and to the Motability scheme thank you for an excellent service from Reece at Nissan
