Customer care sadly appears to have disappeared on signing the purchase agreement....The professional and knowledgeable salesperson has been replaced with a series of standard anonymous emails from their email address, mostly unrelated to the car purchase and box ticking.
Purchasing a car is big financial decision. Perhaps I am old fashioned, is a call or sms to update me on the progress of the car or just an email addressed to me rather than “hello” too much to ask? I confess I am not feeling a particularly valued customer nor confident customer care will improve...
