This is a great place to rent homes in the vineyard. I recently rented the MACLS house in edgartown. The house was nice but the owner watches your every move. The care keeper lives across the street and watches who comes and go. They complained to MV rentals and also stated we can not use their garage. This was so disappointing and disrespectful to us who paid to rent their home. They should not rent if they want to watch their guess or micromanage everything. If you want any type of privacy while your on vacation do not rent this property!
