"I returned 2 dresses 12 days ago, the items were sent tracked and received by Martildo on 20th September. I have still not received my refund, i have had no reply to my email within the 24 hours stated timeframe and I cannot get through on the telephone number on the customer contact us page. Not a happy customer!!!!" Martildo Fashion have now rectified my issue and finally given me my refund over 20 days and continuous messaginglater. They have requested that I now update my review so I have now given them 2 stars as I still find the way they have dealt with my issue unacceptable so I am sorry Martildo Fashion if this review is not what you expected perhaps you need to tell the truth on your website with regard to the appalling way you deal with returns. I wouldn't purchase anything from this company again!!
