I gave my samsung tv to martin dawes under warranty because the sound came at a low level. when my tv was brought back saying that it was repaired, I saw that it was dragged on the floor by the employee, when he saw us, he took it in his hand and started to carry it. afterwards, he did not even take the tv home and left it at the door. when we took my tv upstairs to the house, the bottom of the tv case was broken. at the same time, the case was not mounted back well, it shakes. I was told that the low sound problem of the TV was solved, but there was no change in that either. My problem was not solved and on top of that, I got back my TV with a broken case. I had an incredibly bad experience. now I am waiting for them to reach them and solve my problem.
