Horrible Experience... Had a great deal for a commercial property so contacted them to do the paperwork. Even though I have paid their fees in advance, after 5 weeks I received no update in regards to the case. After many phone calls all I received was an answer that "they will start doing the searches as soon as they will have time for me". Because of this I've almost lost the case. When I contacted them to have a refund because no work has been made from their side whatsoever they started to avoid my calls. I am trying to communicate with them but no chance of someone taking your call. I can't believe that something like this can exist: a solicitor firm to take your money and then avoid any contact with you and ignoring your case in the hope that you will leave it like this. Unbelievable. Avoid them if you don't want to loose your money and time!
