From start to finish the service provided has been fantastic. The friendly staff, nothing has been too much trouble. Even when I've arranged for someone to call and due to me being out at work (As an SEN TA) and maybe having a busy day or not getting chance to get paperwork sorted, the staff have been understanding and called at a more convenient time. I would highly recommend Mason Scott. And considering that my partner is looking to do his life insurance now, but decided to go direct to the company he chose (which incidentally is the same as mine).....he's had nothing but hassle. So I'm thrilled that my experience was hassle free.
