I gave the highest rating because I am very impressed with the way the gentleman I have been talking to has been polite, understanding and patient with me even though we spoke so many times but I was very undecided. He was very patient with me, never lost his cool but remained polite and gave me space to think things through. I actually made lots of enquiries with other companies and could have taken out the insurance with a couple of them but after thinking of the hard work Liam put in and how nice and patient he was with me, I decided to take out the policy with Mason Scott. Also, OneFamily seems to offer a bit more money and hopefully, they will live up to their name and treat me like part of the family.
