Unfortunately my experience has not been good. made a purchase end of Nov/start Dec. The product was faulty and the glaze damaged. Sent an email was told by the sales coordinator I needed to contact clams team but that my email would be forwarded on. I also contacted claims no response. Contacted sales coordinator again and was told sorry she would make sure someone contacted me. Still no one has been in contact. Left with faulty bowls and when I pull out the one that isn’t it just makes me angry so I never use them. It’s A shame now I just want to rerun the lot. Based on my experience I would shop here again. I have receive repeated emails to write a review and kept waiting on hopes of a better outcome. Next route is contacting xx company to see if I can get my money back
