I have attempted to contact the Mason Cash company 4 times with no response. I do not put my MC bowls in the dishwasher - never have. My grandmother had a MC bowl that lasted for years. My bowl after a few washes now has weakness lines in it and when I removed it from the cupboard another MC dish what was in it hit the side and it chipped. The quality is not the same. The bowls are too porous. There are more durable bowls on the market that are not as costly.
