This review is definitely unique. I was ready to add a 1 star review, but have 5 stars here and would probably do 10 if there was an option. The buying process was seamless and excellent. Adam and Tanner helped answering all questions. But trouble happened with delivery - however I found out it was due to NY state covid restrictions of white glove service not available in our area. However, Adam stayed with me over email and phone to ensure I could get the chair setup right. It was an excellent chair, but we had some issues given I had a bad back. Here is where Adam and Tanner went above and beyond. There were different issues with the freight company and manufacturer, but Adam ensure that I was updated regularly and eventually we got our full refund. I have worked with other massage chair distributors and this was the best experience. Once I can fix my back, I will come back and purchase a chair only from these guys. Keep up the excellent customer service.
