Bought the massage chair from Massagechairplanet.com for a great price. The massage chair is good quality and both my spouse and I really enjoy it. The chair was a birthday gift for my wife. Chose "white glove delivery" due to my oversea trip. Was planning to deliver before her birthday but the delivery couldn't make it. Reschedule couple time and finally delivered. After came back, I found the control arm was not installed and hideen under my bed. No big deal. Install myself and realized that two bolts were not installed. With the price paid, I expected better quality of delivery.
