I called to ask a couple of questions about their dog clippers and received great and friendly advice. They assured me about the ex-demo clipper I wanted. I ordered, received the clipper and other stuff the next day. They look like new, work well and for the first time the dog looks beautiful. Couldn't be happier. My overall feeling is these guys know what they are doing and that they will be happy to help if something goes wrong down the line. Even the ex-demo clipper comes with the 2 year warranty of the new products.
