Purchased the rechargeable clippers for my Cockerpoo after using other brands (including Wahl) that would not cut through her wavy hair. Two batteries supplied that charge in about 2 hours each, but only needed one to complete the task and still had charge remaining. The metal comb guides are much better than other brands plastic versions. The clippers glided through her coat, (after a bath, towel dry and brush the previous day). Used the recommended can spray lubricant every 5 minutes to keep clippers cool and well oiled. The result was very good. I did hit a few tangles which slowed progress, but brushed them out or cut through with scissors. The clipper set was not cheap, but then cheaper versions have not worked or previously broke, and the set looks professional stored in a metal case. The video I watched which shows the clippers in action made them sound very loud, but are in fact pretty quiet. On the whole a great purchase, which I am very pleased with.
