Bought the clippers and blades for a cocker poo. In accordance with the website suggestion. However blades did not cut just glided over the dogs fur. I sent an email asking for advice on different blades and explained the situation. The lady who serve me Sarah, rang me directly and sent out some new blades of a different size. I am pleased to report they work perfectly and arrived the following day after the phone call at no extra charge. The customer service from this company is 2nd to none. I would highly recommend the products and the customer service.
