I was very pleased with the service I received from Masterclip. Unfortunately there were broken parts on my clippers. The technician phoned me and gave me the option of upgrading or repairing. The difference in cost was nominal so I opted for an upgrade. I very much appreciated being consulted. The clippers arrived back promptly and well packaged.
