Masterclip are very quick at getting orders out. I have ordered a few items from them without any problem. I ordered the 2f clipper blade and was using it on a clients dog, but it was not getting through the dogs coat. It was blunt. But I didn't let masterclip know as my blade sharpener was coming to sharpen my blades a few days later. Other than that I have had no problems with them.
