Masterclip customer service is second to none. It truly is old school good customer service and that is on top of clippers that are well priced and good quality. Checked and serviced my clippers under warranty despite it being right at the end and I couldn't replicate the power problem that I experienced once, as they decided to work again. I was concerned that the problem would resurface in a few months when I next used them, so Masterclip took them anyway under warranty for a check up. Really went the extra mile to help. Thank you. Would I recommend - yes and I have several times.
