Bought the MD trimmers as they were recommended for my nervous youngsters first clip. She's an Irish Sports Horse so not overly wooly but the 3mm blades that came with the "medium" set could barely cope. After around an hour, the blades started making a really loud rattle and then stopped all together. The clipper runs without the blades but not with. Waste if money. Went back to my £15 wahl human hair clipper to finish the clip.
