Bought my clippers and the whole process was very easy and delivery was much quicker than I expected. I had a few teething troubles with the clippers (user error!) and sent them back to be looked at. All sorted very quickly, plus my clippers were cleaned and blades re-sharpened before being sent back to me - again, super quickly. When I have called, everyone has been extremely helpful. Very refreshing! Lifelong customer here now :)
