The app and website are poorly designed and riddled with bugs. Their design efforts seem focused solely on encouraging additional spending beyond the subscription fee. Customer support is virtually nonexistent and totally incompetent. Unfortunately, they've acquired most of the competition, leaving consumers with subpar services and no viable alternatives.
